Beets

High in vitamin A, vitamin B6, minerals, fibre, and antioxidants.

Brussel Sprouts

Brussels sprouts are high in Vitamin C and A

Cabbage

High in vitamin A, vitamin B6, minerals, fibre, and antioxidants.

Carrots

Carrots are high in vitamin C and K, potassium, and beta-carotene. Carrots are also high in fiber which aids digestion.

Squash

High in vitamin A and also contains vitamin C, calcium, iron, and potassium

Rhubarb

Rhubarb is high in vitamin K and a source of both vitamin C and calcium

Kalettes

Kalettes® are a brand new vegetable that have a fresh fusion of sweet and nutty flavour.

Turnips

Low-calorie, high nutrient choice and an excellent source of vitamin C and fibre. One cup of white turnips contains almost as much potassium as a banana.
